Fund Energy has sponsored the juvenile literary miscellany “Serebryanye Sverchki” (Silver Crickets), the fifth issue of which was published in June 2017.
The cross-cutting theme of the anthology is the work of Nikolay Gumilev; vivid quotations from his poems precede every part of the collection. The young talents from Russia and Belarus, Denmark and Norway, France and the Ukraine have become the authors and editors of the Silver crickets, some of them haven’t reached the age of ten.
The anthology Silver crickets supervised by Secretary of Moscow Writers Union Lola Zvonareva and published by metropolitan Young Writers and Journalists Workshop has repeatedly received prestigious international awards before. The first issue was published in 2012 and its forerunner, the international youth magazine Together, was issued both in Russian and English under the auspices of UNESCO in early 90ths.
Alex Astrov, Chief Editor, the 17-year-old first year student of Moscow Musical College named after A. Schnittke, writes in the June issue of the Silver crickets: “Fund Energy carefully combines best Russian, European and American innovative technologies applying them to mining operations in Russia”.
Fund Energy would like to especially mention the essay by Vadim Grigoriev, the second year student of the Faculty of Physics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, on the need to increase the attention to the training of Russian engineering staff. It is gratifying that among the three professions that will be in high demand in the near future V. Grigoriev mentioned an expert in alternative energy and an expert in extraction of hard-to-recover hydrocarbon reserves: this is exactly the kind of hydrocarbons production departments of Fund “Energy” are mostly working with.
